How to create an ENV File

Open the ACI file.
Go to eServices > Send Report > AIReady or click on the toolbar.
Click OK in the next window.
Once the report passes the Validation, click Continue.
You can then either send the report to Appraisal Port by clicking on Send > Appraisal Port or Save a copy of the ENV file locally.
